Dear Qianqian Fang,

I am writing to you because I have been having one meshing problem for a long time and you might be able to help me.

First of all, I have to tell you that I am grateful for the iso2mesh toolbox because it has been very useful in key research. Thank you!

Regarding my problem, I will briefly explain it to you.

Firstly, I have segmented MRI head images using BrainSuite software, and use import the meshed surfaces into Matlab.

I have 5 surfaces with both nodes and faces. (I wanted, but I can't upload the *.mat file with the head surfaces info. I don't know why I cannot upload.)

Secondly, I have created electrodes, both spherical (meshasphere) and disc electrodes using surfboolean operations.

Then, using mergemesh I joined the 5 head layers and the electrodes.

Finally, the surf2mesh doesn't work properly and the error varies a lot according to my different approaches (that I try to get it solved).

I would like to send you the script, but first I need to be able to upload documents.
