iso2mesh's functions only require a 3D array. You can load this
array from an inr file with readinr, or load it from a dicom file with
dicomread. But it is unnecessary to convert a dicom to inr first.

I'm trying to read dicom files, but I'm failing to build a 3D array. Any script to do this?
Best regards
