Can I apply iso2mesh in .obj file?

I am wondering can I apply iso2mesh in .obj file for tetrahedron partition? If yes, which function is good for this case?

I am not sure I understood the question - can you please explain what you meant by "apply iso2mesh in .obj file" and "tetrahedron partition"?

if you meant how to load a .obj mesh file to matlab, I just added a new function called readobjmesh to do this
