Please join us for an
informative and interactive presentation designed to explore some of the
foundational components supporting your child’s fine motor skills.
This topic will be viewed not under a microscope but rather through a
telescope, broadening the context in which it may be considered and
clarifying the role of postural control, gross motor skills, primitive infant
reflexes and sensory processing and their impact on the development of fine
motor skills. Fine motor milestones will be briefly discussed as well as
red-flags. There will be time for questions/discussion as well as
materials to browse and explore.
