We 'll start the day with a New- exhilarating - Nia routine called R1 - The focus of R1 is "Connection". The intent is to cultivate a deeper relationship with ourselves, others and the natural environment through movement.
We'll finish the class practicing Nia's Five Stages of healing - which will give you an amazing tool to practice at home, which only takes 5 minutes a day! It will improve your
