Hi,
we are currently trying to reconstruct MR data from a Biograph Siemens mMR.
we have currently been able to load a meas_..._radial_vibe.dat raw data file using te siemens_to_ismrmrd() function. Which is GREAT!
A siemens system provide also a set of other files including a coils sensitivity file  "meas_..._AdjCoilSens.dat". We are wondering if there is a function that is capable of loading this data.
Thanks for your help and for making available this great code to the public

Regards
Niccolo

The siemens_to_ismrmrd converter can load all of these files and convert them to ISMRMRD. But those *.dat files contain raw data and you need to reconstruct them to get coil sensitivities if that is what you want. They are not coil sensitivities already reconstructed.

Hope this helps,
Michael

Hi Michael (or anyone else who may be able to help),

I would like to get coil sensitivity maps from my AdjCoilSens.dat file for combining images from different channels. My AdjCoilSens.dat has the dimensions: {NCol, NChannels, NLin, NPar, NSet}.

Do you know what the NSet dimension represents?
- The size of NSet is 2, so I thought it might represent a set of data measured by the body coil and another set measured by the 32 channel surface coil array. However, both sets have data in all entries of the Channel dimension. This is confusing as I would have thought the body coil should only be one channel.

Any help you can give would be very much appreciated.

Best wishes,
Jack.
