Milliner returns a 404 (tomcat 9/crayfish 3.x)

Hi, hoping I could receive some help please

I'm setting up an instance of Islandora 2.0 using redhat8, tomcat 9, httpd 2.4.37, php 7.4, drupal 8 and crayfish 3.x and i'm setting up manually.

The problem i'm currently having is: I try to ingest/edit an item in drupal and (tailing the httpd log) see the authz_core debug calls and then the final log message is "File does not exist: /opt/crayfish/Milliner/src/node/6c9e0556-5fda-48bf-8fb8-e1e34aa5dc0d", like its not recognizing the routing used by Milliner and assuming its just a regular path.
