404 page not found

Dear Isladora Community,

Our Islandora instance returned a 404 page not found after an update on the Ubuntu server. I am unsure what to do to get the site online. Is there a pointer from the community I can get assistance from?.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your system. To make it easier for folks in the community to help you, I wanted to suggest that you share more information about…

1) How was your Islandora system installed and set up?

For example, did you install Islandora manually, via the Ansible"playbook," or with one of the Docker / ISLE options?

2) Which version of Islandora are you using?

For example, the older version referred to as version 7, or the newer version 2?

3) What Operating System (OS) and version are you running?

You already, told us Ubuntu, but which version?

4) Did you make any recent changes to the system (OS, Islandora, etc.)?

Finally, you may be able to get more help and in less time if you ask in the Islandora community Slack workspace's #support channel
