Optional: Update your Relator codes!

LOC has released new relator terms since we the development of the Typed Relation field and its incorporation into the Starter Site. Their term list, it seems, is updated continuously, so there are no relevant release notes. 

The following (thanks to Joe C) were found to be missing from the Typed Relation/Contributors field in the Starter Site, and you may wish to add them if you want the full expression of the relators vocabulary:

Also missing are relators:pup|Publication place and relators:pbl|Publisher, but the Starter Site has separate fields for those. 

Maybe you're cool without these, and that's fine. On some of our sites, we've pared down the available relations to just the ones that are useful for our site. There's no way to programmatically do what everyone wants, so if you want these (or some of these) terms, paste them into the "Contributors settings for Repository Item" (Manage > Structure > Content Types > Repository Item > Manage Fields > Contributors (field_linked_agent)). 

Also thanks to Joe for adding these to the Starter Site, so new sites should have them!
