ISLE 8 [isle-dc] LSAP Request

Hello Melissa and the Islandora community,
I, Gavin Morris, ISLE Phase III - Project Tech Lead & Systems Developer at Born-Digital (an Islandora Coordinating committee member) would like to propose that:
The current ISLE Phase III project repo of isle-dc https://github.com/Born-Digital-US/isle-dc become a repo in Islandora-Devops, with a canonical repo on GitHub owned by the Islandora Foundation, subject to the same release management and documentation processes as other Islandora modules.
ISLE 8 isle-dc is a Docker-Compose project facilitating creation and management of Islandora 8 Infrastructure under Docker.
This project is available under a MIT license.
All contributors are included under a Contributor Licence Agreement
(Gavin Morris of Born-Digital is the only contributor so far and a
currently existing CLA from Born-Digital is on file with the Islandora
Foundation).
Future contributors from the ISLE Phase III Architecture team are being vetted and will also sign a CLA prior to any further contributions being accepted.
Please let me know if I need to update any files or adjust any settings to further conform to the correct LSAP convention.
