Hi All,
Apologies for the last minute notice, but we will be cancelling today’s AI Discussions WG Meeting scheduled for today at 11am Eastern.
We will resume our monthly meetings on
September 14 @ am Eastern (we pushed the normal meeting cadence back 1 week to accommodate Labor Day in North America). During September’s monthly meeting we are excited to welcome colleagues from the University of Edinburg who are conducting
a research project called
"Economic and infrastructural risks to digital archives posed by AI-driven content extraction”.
Through their work they are looking to gather feedback and insights from our WG participants to further their research. More details will follow this month on how to participate, so stay tuned.
Also, don’t forget to register for our next Solutions Showcase, taking place on Wednesday, August 19 @ 11am Eastern. We are welcoming back Michael Della Bitta, from the Internet Archive, who will be taking us behind scenes of what it looks like to operate
a batch crawling job!
Thanks for your continued support. Enjoy the rest of your week!
Cheers,
Arran
