Call for Expression of Interest for Hosting an Islandora Camp

Hello Islandora Community!
On behalf of the Events Committee I am happy to share that we are returning to Islandora Camps! We are seeking a host for a camp in 2026 - ideally during the summer.
Potential hosts should have the ability to accommodate up to 50 attendees for a 2-3 day event. We have updated the hosting document that has been used in the past for you to review. As this is a fresh start for Camps, we are open to collaboration and alterations with the host institution and will be seeking community input on the specifics of the program.
We do not need a formal proposal at this time, but if your organization is interested in hosting, please reach out to me either via email (aub...@islandora.ca) or on Slack. The deadline for expressions of interest is Friday, February 20th.
