Vagrant+VirtualBox and macOS Monterey

This is for anyone who is running Islandora via VirtualBox, e.g., the playbook.

 

The latest version of macOS, 12.0 Monterey, was released this week. Currently the latest version of Oracle Virtualbox has not been updated to work fully with it, in particular headless mode is not working when run via Vagrant.

 

I’ve found a workaround and updated the README for Islandora-playbook with a temporary solution.

As always it’s often a good idea to hold of on major OS updates. I tend to be a masochist, so I often find these problems first.
