Roblib's Mirador Integration repository is a fork of the Mirador project which can be used to compile Mirador with plugins (like the Text Overlay plugin). The `gh-pages` branch of this repo contains such a compiled Mirador app, which is used in the islandora_mirador module.

With growing interest in the community in using Mirador, and a move of one our developers to a different employer, I'd like to propose that the Mirador integration repository to Islandora Labs, to be owned by the Foundation and maintained by the community.

TAG has suggested:
1 - add a license?
2 - add Github Workflow to automatically publish the binary to (GitHub pages or wherever it lives) on release

The code, according to its package.json, is licensed with ISC. The text of the ISC license is not included in the original code. The text of the ISC license requires a copyright statement naming the authors of the code. We are not the authors, and do not have the prerogative to create such a statement.

Therefore no license file can be added.

Therefore I retract the LSAP proposal as un-completeable.

We can reopen this.  We've pulled in all the upstream changes, including an Apache License.
