Security updates for nginx

In response to a recent vulnerability in nginx [1], we strongly urge you to update your nginx software.
If you are using the ISLE Docker containers, please update your drupal base image to islandora/drupal:6.4.1 or above, rebuild your drupal container, and deploy the new container to your site.
If you are not using nginx or do not have PCRE capture rewrites in your nginx config (e.g. the fix made in buildkit [2]) you do not need to take any action.
