I've the same problem:

I think we encountered the same problem earlier today. Try the following steps:

1. Open the VirtualBox preferences
2. Click on the 'Network' tab
3. If you do not see 'vboxnet0' under Host-only Networks, click the
'Add Host-only Network' button. 'vboxnet0' should be added to your
list of Host-only Networks.
4. Click 'Ok' and run the VM Image.

Did that solve your problem?

I tried adding a new host network as you suggested. But, instead of getting VBoxBet0, i get Nat Adapter. And, i still dont see anything in the network tab.
