RFD - Enhanced Event Data for Derivative Microservices

Hi everyone,

As discussed at the Islandora Tech Call today, we are trying a new approach to discuss technical decisions related to Islandora. We've created a new repository in Islandora-Labs called "rfds" (Requests for Discussion) to facilitate more structured community input on architectural and technical proposals.
