After upgrading to 1.5.13, "Document not present in Solr while generating the metadata display"

After upgrading to 1.5.13, we are having an issue with SOLR. The following error is given after trying to ingest any object, using our default ingest settings (which is configured to use Islandora SOLR metadata).

"Document not present in Solr while generating the metadata display"

Anyone have tips on which logs (and where they're located) to consult on ingest to help us get to the bottom of this?

Logs from within solr admin logging show several warnings at startup:

[jfe...@provlib.org]

I'm encountering the same error when processing a batch ingest using IMI on 1.5.12; I'll follow up with a Solr log asap.
