New committer: Bethany Seeger

The Islandora 8 committers have asked Bethany Seeger to become a committer and we are pleased to announce that she has accepted.

Bethany participates in weekly tech calls, has been an ISLE release manager (and co-led the ISLE workshop at last year's Islandoracon), and was a dev-track instructor at Islandora and Fedora Camp AZ in February. In addition, Bethany is an active contributor to the Islandora 8 issue queue and tester for Islandora modules and tools.
