New committer: Willow Gillingham

The Islandora 8 committers have asked Willow Gillingham to become a committer and we are pleased to announce that she has accepted.

Willow is a longstanding community member and is regularly engaged in community discussions, tech calls, and Github issues.  She' s got some deep Islandora experience and brings the perspective of someone who works with the software every day.
