New committer: Dan Aitken

The Islandora 8 committers have asked Dan Aitken to become a committer and we are pleased to announce that he has accepted.
Dan has been taking part in discussions around Islandora 8 and helping out on Slack for quite some time now. He also wrote pretty much the entire manual installation guide for i8: https://islandora.github.io/documentation/installation/manual/introduction/, which was a ton of really good work. He's put a lot of time into IR integration for i8, so we are looking forward to tapping into that experience as we refine IR support.
