Fedora 6.0.0 Release Candidate - 2

Based on testing feedback [1] from the most recent 6.0.0 release candidate (RC1), the following tickets have been addressed and incorporated into a new release candidate: # fcrepo/fcrepo-storage-ocfl, fcrepo, migration-utils, fcrepo-migration-validator, fcrepo-upgrade-utils * https://fedora-repository.atlassian.net/browse/FCREPO-3693 : Cache headers to improve performance on NAS (Network Attached Storage). # fcrepo-search-impl * https://fedora-repository.atlassian.net/browse/FCREPO-3733:  Improve search performance on multi-million object repositories.
