New committer: Jordan Dukart

The Islandora 8 committers have asked Jordan Dukart to become a committer and we are pleased to announce that he has accepted.

Jordan has been a long time member of the Islandora 7 community and has been diving head first into Islandora 8. His help in Slack, great code reviews and discussion in the Tech calls have been much appreciated.

He brings with him deep experience with both Islandora and the Drupal community that will be a valuable contribution to the Islandora 8 committers group.
