New committer: Don Richards

The Islandora 8 committers have asked Don Richards to become a committer and we are pleased to announce that he has accepted.

Don has been a part of every sprint we have held for Islandora 8, has supported the project with great documentation and testing, and has been strongly engaged as part of the team moving the software forward.
