User Group Basics + Next Meet-up?

Hi BC Islandora User Group folks,

In the interests of ensuring this is a healthy and useful user group for y'all, I wanted to confirm some user group basics and get your ideas for any other desirable tools.

Based on the conversation at our first meet-up in June, I've drafted some Terms of Reference to capture what you expressed about membership, communications and purpose. Please let me know if you have any feedback on these TOR:

• BC Islandora User Group Terms of Reference 

The TOR include links/instructions for:

• posting to the Google Group - I adjusted some settings so it should be more user-friendly now
  
• our shared Google space
• how and when meetings happen, and the Chair role
  

Let me know if you have any other suggestions for user group infrastructure - for instance, would you find a contacts list of user group members useful?

Would anyone like to host another in-person meet-up in the New Year?  I'm hopeful we can find a way to include folks outside of the Lower Mainland virtually....
