Hi folks,

Chom and I just finished a document that provides an alternative vision for the Thai power sector with expanded emphasis on reasonable load forecasting, energy efficiency, cogeneration and renewable energy. Please free to circulate. Chom is in Thailand now meeting with energy regulators, utility officials and others to discuss this and reforms in Thai power sector planning practices.
