New "speed" page

I wrote a little gizmo in M-Script that will search our modem pools for
your connections and show you info about them. This is quite a bit faster
than the "speed" thing I put together a while back. It's even faster yet
if you pre-select the modem pool you know you are connected to.

Worked very quickly for me. Reports that my download speed is 42000
bps when my software always reports I've connected at 40000. Of course
modem speeds easily change throughout a connection so if my software
could report the changes perhaps it would aggree with the PM3s.

Did you enter your correct login in the form? Presumably
it's rmartell as many logins are the letters before the @ in
our Islandnet email address. Easy to forget when the computer
logs in for us.

Make sure you typed in the correct login. That is, if you are using
"rmartell%ppp" then that's what you have to search for.
