Most Gracious Most Merciful and peace be upon Prophet Mohammad
This is one question for christians challenge them to answer it
Why Jesus changes himself suddenly???
Now we will explain the meaning of this question
You claim that Jesus (peace be upon him) is God
So what has changed his behavior, speech, orders, and prohibitions
suddenly from the old testament to the new testament?
Do not answer us by saying: we do not recognize the old testament
but we only recognize the new testament
Because we will respond inevitably by asking you: If you do not
recognize the old testament why you put it with the new testament &
call them The Holy Bible?
In addition your pastors & popes recognize the old testament and they
do not say like this so how you contrary their believes?
Do not say too: the behavior of Jesus was so in the old testament
because humans were carrying sin & when he was crucified instead of
them he changed his behavior in the new testament
Because we will also respond inevitably by asking you: why he decided
suddenly to descend to earth after many thousands of years to be
crucified instead of them?
Now we will mention some fundamental differences between the old & new
testaments
While the old testament uses terrorism in order to destroy peoples &
burn them with fire including women, kids, cows, camels…etc, we find
the new testament uses mercy & forgives enemies (except in some texts
which we will mention examples of them) but however they are not
comparable to the violence & brutality that are in the old testament
neither in numbers of texts nor in their contents
For example: the old testament says in 1st Samuel15:3 Now go and smite
Amalek and utterly destroy all that they have and spare them not but
slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and
ass
In the number 31: 9-10 And the children of Israel took all the women
of Midian captives and their little ones and took the spoil of all
their cattle and all their flocks and all their goods And they burnt
all their cities wherein they dwelt and all their goodly castles with
fire
In Ezekiel 9: 5-7 And to the others he said in mine hearing Go ye
after him through the city and smite let not your eye spare neither
have ye pity Slay utterly old and young both maids and little children
and women but come not near any man upon whom is the mark and begin at
my sanctuary Then they began at the ancient men which were before the
house And he said unto them Defile the house and fill the courts with
the slain go ye forth And they went forth and slew in the city
In 2nd Samuel12: 31 And he brought forth the people that were therein
and put them under saws and under harrows of iron and under axes of
iron and made them pass through the brick-kiln and thus did he unto
all the cities of the children of Ammon So David and all the people
returned unto Jerusalem
In Jeremiah 48: 10 Cursed be he that doeth the work of the LORD
deceitfully and cursed be he that keepeth back his sword from blood
In the 1st Kings 18: 40 And Elijah said unto them Take the prophets of
Baal let not one of them escape And they took them and Elijah brought
them down to the brook Kishon and slew them there
In Joshua 8: 8 And it shall be when ye have taken the city that ye
shall set the city on fire according to the commandment of the LORD
shall ye do See I have commanded you
There are other too many texts in the old testament which order people
to use violence and brutality to the extent that fathers & mothers eat
their children & the mother eat her placenta as described in the
Ezekiel 5: 10 Therefore the fathers shall eat the sons in the midst of
thee and the sons shall eat their fathers
In Deuteronomy 28: 53-57 And thou shalt eat the fruit of thine own
body the flesh of thy sons and of thy daughters which the LORD thy God
hath given thee in the siege and in the straitness wherewith thine
enemies shall distress thee So that the man that is tender among you
and very delicate his eye shall be evil toward his brother and toward
the wife of his bosom and toward the remnant of his children which he
shall leave So that he will not give to any of them of the flesh of
his children whom he shall eat because he hath nothing left him in the
siege and in the straitness wherewith thine enemies shall distress
thee in all thy gates The tender and delicate woman among you which
would not adventure to set the sole of her foot upon the ground for
delicateness and tenderness her eye shall be evil toward the husband
of her bosom and toward her son and toward her daughter And toward her
young one that cometh out from between her feet and toward her
children which she shall bear for she shall eat them for want of all
things secretly in the siege and straitness wherewith thine enemy
shall distress thee in thy gates
In 2nd Kings 6: 28-29 And the king said unto her What aileth thee? And
she answered This woman said unto me Give thy son that we may eat him
to day and we will eat my son to morrow So we boiled my son and did
eat him and I said unto her on the next day Give thy son that we may
eat him and she hath hid her son
In contrast the new testament says in Matthew 5: 38-39 Ye have heard
that it hath been said An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth But
I say unto you That ye resist not evil but whosoever shall smite thee
on thy right cheek turn to him the other also
In Matthew 5: 43-44 Ye have heard that it hath been said Thou shalt
love thy neighbour and hate thine enemy But I say unto you Love your
enemies bless them that curse you do good to them that hate you and
pray for them which despitefully use you and persecute you You have
heard that said to love your neighbor and hate your enemy As I tell
you love your enemies Bless the curse Do good to those who hate you
And pray for those who abuse you and persecute you
In 1st John 4: 8 He that loveth not knoweth not God for God is love
Though the new testament is still having terrorism & violence in some
texts, for example in the book of Hebrews 12: 29 For our God is a
consuming fire
In Luke 19: 27 But those mine enemies which would not that I should
reign over them bring hither and slay them before me
In Matthew 10: 34-36 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth I
came not to send peace but a sword. For I am come to set a man at
variance against his father and the daughter againest her mother and
the daughter in law againest her mother in law And a man's foes shall
be they of his own household
In Luke 12: 49-51 I am come to send fire on the earth and what will I
if it be already kindled? But I have a baptism to be baptized with and
how am I straitened till it be accomplished Suppose ye that I am come
to give peace on earth? I tell you Nay but rather division
The old testament uses violence with women & children so that it gives
orders to split the abdomens of pregnant women & crush children's at
rocks whereas the new testament orders men to love women & use
compassion with children
For example we find in Hosea 13: 16 Samaria shall become desolate for
she hath rebelled against her God they shall fall by the sword their
infants shall be dashed in pieces and their women with child shall be
ripped up
In Psalm 137: 9 Happy shall he be that taketh and dasheth thy little
ones against the stones
In Isaiah 13: 15-16 Every one that is found shall be thrust through
and every one that is joined unto them shall fall by the sword Their
children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes their houses
shall be spoiled and their wives ravished
In Isaiah 13: 18 Their bows also shall dash the young men to pieces
and they shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb their eyes shall
not spare children
In contrast the new testament says for example in Colossians 3: 19
Husbands love your wives and be not bitter against them
In Luke 18: 15-16 And they brought unto him also infants that he would
touch them but when his disciples saw it they rebuked them But Jesus
called them unto him and said Suffer little children to come unto me
and forbid them not for of such is the kingdom of God
We find the old testament punishes the adulterous women vigorously to
the extent of burning them & their children with fire whereas the new
testament forgives them & promise them to enter the kingdom of God
For example in Leviticus 21: 9 And the daughter of any priest if she
profane herself by playing the whore she profaneth her father she
shall be burnt with fire
In Genesis 38: 24 And it came to pass about three months after that it
was told Judah saying Tamar thy daughter in law hath played the harlot
and also behold she is with child by whoredom And Judah said Bring her
forth and let her be burnt
In Ezekiel 23: 25 And I will set my jealousy against thee and they
shall deal furiously with thee they shall take away thy nose and thine
ears and thy remnant shall fall by the sword they shall take thy sons
and thy daughters and thy residue shall be devoured by the fire
In Deuteronomy 22: 23-24 If a damsel that is a virgin be betrothed
unto an husband and a man find her in the city and lie with her Then
ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city and ye shall
stone them with stones that they die
In Ezekiel 23: 44-48 Yet they went in unto her as they go in unto a
woman that playeth the harlot so went they in unto Aholah and unto
Aholibah the lewd women And the righteous men they shall judge them
after the manner of adulteresses and after the manner of women that
shed blood because they are adulteresses and blood is in their hands
For thus saith the Lord GOD I will bring up a company upon them and
will give them to be removed and spoiled And the company shall stone
them with stones and dispatch them with their swords they shall slay
their sons and their daughters and burn up their houses with fire Thus
will I cause lewdness to cease out of the land that all women may be
taught not to do after your lewdness
In contrast the new testament says In Matthew 21: 31 Jesus saith unto
them Verily I say unto you That the publicans and the harlots go into
the kingdom of God before you
In Luke 7: 36-50 And one of the Pharisees desired him that he would
eat with him And he went into the Pharisee's house and sat down to
meat And behold a woman in the city which was a sinner when she knew
that Jesus sat at meat in the Pharisee's house brought an alabaster
box of ointment And stood at his feet behind him weeping and began to
wash his feet with tears and did wipe them with the hairs of her head
and kissed his feet and anointed them with the ointment Now when the
Pharisee which had bidden him saw it he spake within himself saying
This man if he were a prophet would have known who and what manner of
woman this is that toucheth him for she is a sinner…And he turned to
the woman and said unto Simon Seest thou this woman? I entered into
thine house thou gavest me no water for my feet but she hath washed my
feet with tears and wiped them with the hairs of her head Thou gavest
me no kiss but this woman since the time I came in hath not ceased to
kiss my feet My head with oil thou didst not anoint but this woman
hath anointed my feet with ointment Wherefore I say unto thee Her sins
which are many are forgiven…And he said unto her Thy sins are forgiven…
And he said to the woman Thy faith hath saved thee go in peace
In John 8: 3-11 And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman
taken in adultery and when they had set her in the midst They say unto
him Master this woman was taken in adultery in the very act Now Moses
in the law commanded us that such should be stoned but what sayest
thou?...So when they continued asking him he lifted up himself and
said unto them He that is without sin among you let him first cast a
stone at her…Jesus was left alone and the woman standing in the midst
When Jesus had lifted up himself and saw none but the woman he said
unto her Woman where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned
thee? She said No man Lord And Jesus said unto her Neither do I
condemn
The old testament punishes the murder of alcohol drinkers vigorously
whereas the new testament says that Jesus was alcohol drinker & that
his first miracle was converting water to alcohol
For example in Deuteronomy 21: 18-21 If a man have a stubborn and
rebellious son which will not obey the voice of his father or the
voice of his mother and that when they have chastened him will not
hearken unto them Then shall his father and his mother lay hold on him
and bring him out unto the elders of his city and unto the gate of his
place And they shall say unto the elders of his city This our son is
stubborn and rebellious he will not obey our voice he is a glutton and
a drunkard And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones
that he die
In contrast the new testament says in Luke 7: 34 The Son of man is
come eating and drinking and ye say Behold a gluttonous man and a
winebibber a friend of publicans and sinners
In John 2: 1-11 And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of
Galilee and the mother of Jesus was there And both Jesus was called
and his disciples to the marriage And when they wanted wine the mother
of Jesus saith unto him They have no wine Jesus saith unto her Woman
what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come His mother
saith unto the servants Whatsoever he saith unto you do it And there
were set there six waterpots of stone after the manner of the
purifying of the Jews containing two or three firkins apiece Jesus
saith unto them Fill the waterpots with water And they filled them up
to the brim And he saith unto them Draw out now and bear unto the
governor of the feast And they bare it When the ruler of the feast had
tasted the water that was made wine and knew not whence it was (but
the servants which drew the water knew) the governor of the feast
called the bridegroom And saith unto him Every man at the beginning
doth set forth good wine and when men have well drunk then that which
is worse but thou hast kept the good wine until now This beginning of
miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee and manifested forth his glory
and his disciples believed on him
The old testament says sex words & mentions the genitals of men &
women (as described in the Song of Solomon and Ezekiel 16 & 23) to the
point it says that the skin which cut in male circumcision were the
dowry of the daughter of King Saul whereas the new testament does not
speak such bad words but orders women to cover themselves
In 1st Samuel 18: 25-28 And Saul said Thus shall ye say to David The
king desireth not any dowry but an hundred foreskins of the
Philistines to be avenged of the king's enemies But Saul thought to
make David fall by the hand of the Philistines And when his servants
told David these words it pleased David well to be the king's son in
law and the days were not expired Wherefore David arose and went he
and his men and slew of the Philistines two hundred men and David
brought their foreskins and they gave them in full tale to the king
that he might be the king's son in law And Saul gave him Michal his
daughter to wife And Saul saw and knew that the LORD was with David
In Isaiah 47: 2-3 Take the millstones and grind meal uncover thy locks
make bare the leg uncover the thigh pass over the rivers Thy nakedness
shall be uncovered
In Proverbs 7: 16-19 I have decked my bed with coverings of tapestry
with carved works with fine linen of Egypt I have perfumed my bed with
myrrh aloes and cinnamon Come let us take our fill of love until the
morning let us solace ourselves with loves For the goodman is not at
home
In Proverbs 7: 6-13 For at the window of my house I looked through my
casement And beheld among the simple ones, I discerned among the
youths a young man void of understanding Passing through the street
near her corner and he went the way to her house In the twilight in
the evening in the black and dark night And behold there met him a
woman with the attire of an harlot and subtil of heart She is loud and
stubborn her feet abide not in her houseNow is she without now in the
streets and lieth in wait at every corner So she caught him and kissed
him
In Proverbs 5: 18-19 Let thy fountain be blessed and rejoice with the
wife of thy youth Let her be as the loving hind and pleasant roe let
her breasts satisfy thee at all times and be thou ravished always with
her love
In the Song of Solomon 5: 8 I charge you O daughters of Jerusalem if
ye find my beloved that ye tell him that I am sick of love
In the Song of Solomon 8: 8 We have a little sister and she hath no
breasts what shall we do for our sister in the day when she shall be
spoken for?
In the Song of Solomon 8: 1-10 O that thou wert as my brother that
sucked the breasts of my mother when I should find thee without I
would kiss thee yea…His left hand should be under my head and his
right hand should embrace me…I am a wall and my breasts like towers
In the Song of Songs 7 How beautiful are thy feet with shoes O
prince's daughter the joints of thy thighs are like jewels…Thy two
breasts are like two young roes that are twins…O love for delights
This thy stature is like to a palm tree and thy breasts to clusters of
grapes I said I will go up to the palm tree I will take hold of the
boughs thereof now also thy breasts shall be as clusters of the vine
In Ezekiel 16: 15-29 But thou didst trust in thine own beauty and
playedst the harlot because of thy renown and pouredst out thy
fornications on every one that passed by his it was And of thy
garments thou didst take and deckedst thy high places with divers
colours and playedst the harlot thereupon the like things shall not
come neither shall it be so Thou hast also taken thy fair jewels of my
gold and of my silver which I had given thee and madest to thyself
images of men and didst commit whoredom with them…and hast opened thy
feet to every one that passed by and multiplied thy whoredoms Thou
hast also committed fornication with the Egyptians thy neighbours
great of flesh and hast increased thy whoredoms to provoke me to anger…
Thou hast played the whore also with the Assyrians because thou wast
unsatiable yea thou hast played the harlot with them and yet couldest
not be satisfied Thou hast moreover multiplied thy fornication in the
land of Canaan unto Chaldea and yet thou wast not satisfied therewith
In Ezekiel 23: 1-35 The word of the LORD came again unto me saying Son
of man there were two women the daughters of one mother And they
committed whoredoms in Egypt they committed whoredoms in their youth
there were their breasts pressed and there they bruised the teats of
their virginity And the names of them were Aholah the elder and
Aholibah her sister and they were mine and they bare sons and
daughters…And Aholah played the harlot when she was mine and she doted
on her lovers on the Assyrians…all of them desirable young men…Neither
left she her whoredoms brought from Egypt for in her youth they lay
with her and they bruised the breasts of her virginity and poured
their whoredom upon her…These discovered her nakedness…And when her
sister Aholibah saw this she was more corrupt in her inordinate love
than she and in her whoredoms…the Babylonians came to her into the bed
of love and they defiled her with their whoredom and she was polluted
with them…whose flesh is as the flesh of asses and whose issue is like
the issue of horses
In contrast the new testament says in Matthew 5: 28 But I say unto you
That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed
adultery with her already in his heart
In 1st Corinthians 11: 5-6 But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth
with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head for that is even all one
as if she were shaven For if the woman be not covered let her also be
shorn but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven let her
be covered
