Dear Valued Donation Point Tap Customer,

 

As per our previous communications, due to the unfortunate shutdown of 3G mobile telecommunication networks, we regret to advise that after August 2024, 3G-only Donation Point Tap terminals will no longer function. Quest Merchant Services hereby advises that Merchant Facilities provided to 3G-only Donation Point Tap terminals will be closed on Monday 2 September 2024.	3G Only DPT
The timetable for the closure of the old 3G DPTs is outlined below:

Immediately	All repair services stop. Terminals sent for repair will be securely disposed on your behalf
Early August	Monthly Service Fee will be direct debited for the last time.
2 September	Terminals will be de-activated and display ‘Donation Unavailable’ message on the screen
Early September	Last Merchant Statement will be distributed Merchant facility will be closed

 

Please note, the actions above only apply to your old 3G-only terminals. There is no interruption to our new 4G + Wi-Fi DPTs. To stop operating your old terminal ahead of the schedule above, please complete this Service Change Form and return it to merchant...@questps.com.au   Quest will provide secure disposal of your old terminals at no cost (excluding shipping costs). Please return you old terminals to:

New 4G + Wi-Fi DPT		If you’ve upgraded to our new Donation Point Tap terminal, thank you for sticking with us! We hope the new DPT’s more engaging user interface and selectable donation amount is increasing your donation revenue.     If you haven’t yet upgraded, there’s still time, please visit our website to purchase a new 4G + Wi-Fi terminal: www.donationpointtap.com.au
