Dear Brother Darren and team,

Hope you all are well.

It's been a great pleasure to work with you all in the ISB Committee. Due to my involvement in founding an association for the Pakistani community of Ballarat, I decided not to participate in the ISB election for the position of Committee Member. However, I am always there if any support is required externally.

I will join the AGM on coming Sunday and finish off the following pending jobs over the next few days:

1) Connect sister Shaffira to the new committee for conducting Migrant Workers Centre's "Know your rights" session. She has recently followed up on her request.

2) Handover ISB properties for event decor which I used to keep safe at home.

3) Upload events photos on FB page

Once again, thanks for being a wonderful team. May Allah accept our efforts, ameen.

Salaam sister Anam,

Thank you for advising of your unavailability to run for a position on the new ISB committee. There has been little to no interest from anyone at this stage to take on a role with the new committee. Inshallah we will have a more positive response at the AGM itself on Sunday.

It is pleasing to see that you will still be active with the various organizations that you are currently involved with including the Intercultural Ambassador Program which helps to promote our local Islamic community.
