Dear CEO / to whom it may concern
As sent last week (see below), organisations that receive funding from the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) have the option to purchase rapid antigen tests at a competitive price through the State Purchasing Contract (SPC).
If you are yet to complete the online Expression of Interest form, you are encouraged to do so at your earliest convenience, to ensure access to sufficient supply of tests as COVID cases increase. The onboarding process can take several weeks. If you have completed the form, please disregard this email.
Your organisation is receiving this offer as you have received funding from DFFH in the past 12 months. This funding does not relate specifically to rapid antigen testing - any funding provided by DFFH gives you access to the SPC. Please speak to your organisation’s procurement team if you require further advice.
More information is below and attached. If you have any questions, please contact RREMrapida...@dffh.vic.gov.au.
Kind regards

Dear CEO / to whom it may concern
Organisations that receive funding from the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (through a service agreement or grant) now have the option to purchase rapid antigen tests at a competitive price through the State Purchasing Contract (SPC).
Attached is the Rapid Antigen Test SPC Guide for Community Service Organisations with more information.
If you are interested in purchasing rapid antigen tests through the SPC, you must register with the SPC.
Please click here to complete this online Expression of Interest form by 5pm 31 March 2022. If you are not interested, please indicate so in the form. If you have already expressed interest through another department. Please indicate this in the form.
Information required includes:
This expression of interest period will be open until 5pm 31 March 2022. The survey will remain open past this date. Late submissions will be accepted with a delay your organisation being onboarded to the SPC.
You will receive an email from spc.a...@dtf.vic.gov.au when your application is approved. It may take two to three weeks to be able to order rapid antigen tests through the SPC.
For organisations that receive rapid antigen tests for critical service continuity: Organisations that currently receive rapid antigen tests from DFFH may choose to purchase additional rapid antigen tests to be used outside the scope of outbreak management, critical service continuity and surveillance. This may include, but not limited to, surveillance testing or provision of rapid antigen tests to non-client facing staff, use of rapid antigen tests outside critical service delivery (for example, events and forums) and provision of rapid antigen tests to clients outside ensuring service provision.
If you have any questions, please contact RREMrapida...@dffh.vic.gov.au.
Kind regards
