It took me a bit of time to coordinate a date with both the parties (Muslims and Pakistanis of Ballarat). Both are happy to catch up on Saturday, 29th July. Can we please schedule as follows?

• Meeting with Muslim community - 1 PM
• Light Lunch - 2 PM
• Meeting with Pakistani community - 2:30 PM
• Wrap up - 3 PM
