Dear students, I hope that my letter will find you in the best of your health. I wish you happiness, prosperity and continuing success throughout your life. First of all I will start with basic Islamic ideology, being Muslims it is everyone responsibility to strictly follow Islamic Laws set by Allah SWT & his Messenger SAW. According to Quran & Ahdees it is very clear that Riba/Interest/Sood, is one of thing that is strictly prohibited in Islam. Infect Riba/Interest dealings declared as War with Allah SWT & his Messenger SAW. Unfortunately, according to recent studies by Dr. Khawaja Amjad Saeed it is concluded that a country known as Islamic Republic of Pakistan has only 9% penetration of Islam mode replacing Riba. However a country Islamic Republic of Bangladesh has 65% contribution in this respect. This is such an alarming situation for whole Pakistani Nation, because the country which has been brought up to implement Islamic laws & values, moving in wrong direction. Further more the speech of Father of the Nation & philosophy of Iqbal(r.a) clearly define our direction, since last 66 years of independence we never been in that direction. Here is speech of Muhammad Ali Jannah at inauguration of State bank of Pakistan in 1948. How can you envision a prosper State, where Riba dealings considered no harm & you are in war mode with Allah & his Messenger SAW? What is solution to eliminate Riba/Interest in Islamic Republic of Pakistan? Being pro-agricultural country we could start from Bai Salam (Agricultural Trading System of Islam. This project initiated & introduced by Miss Humaira Awais (ex MPA PA). This project has enough inspiration to overcome current economic crises in Pakistan. This project has completed various stages mentioned below & right now stuck with CM. @Got Law of 2007 passed regarding Riba Punishment in Private Sector. @Publication of Articles in Tarjuman Al-Quran(2005 & 2007). @Drafting a 'System lead instrument' based on Bai Sallam. @Presenting that to Punjab Assembly. @Assembly agreed to that and set up a Committee. @Then Committee after Committee for 3 years and finally presentation to CM. @Then CM Committee for drafting Working Papers. @Working Papers completed and submitted to CM. @Yet another Committee by CM including Politicians,Establishment and Experts. @Final Presentation to CM. @This Project carries written Fatwas of Ulema in Punjab, Lead by JI & Jamia Ashrafia. @Now this Project is stuck at CM level. More ever recently complete research work on ESI (Economic System of Islam) has been completed by Mr. I.A Farooq ( ex State bank Advisor). This research work is documented and easy accessible for everybody across the globe. What is our job to do? Our job is very simple and identified, we all need to understand & study ESI research work, and meantime we need to evaluate, emphases this program in current Economic situation of Pakistan. We also need to understand Bai Salam (Agricultural Trading System of Islam) & its implications . This is only way we can dagger in heart of capitalism by implementing Islamic Economic System ( ESI )in all over Islamic world.
