The Astronomical New Moon is on August 29, 2011 (Monday) at 3:04 UT.
On August 29, it can not be seen anywhere in the world, except part of
Soth America and Polynesian Islands. On Tuesday, August 30, 2011, it
can be easily seen everywhere except Northern Asia and Northern Europe
