Prohibit times of Salaah [ AS-SALAAH : Part 7 ]

As Salaam O 'Alaykum Wa Rehmatullaahi Wa Barakaatuh! Sibling in Islam,

Hope this mail finds you in the best of health and emaan, Insha-ALLAAH!

The Prohibited/Disliked Times
i. After the Fajr prayer until the length of a spear after sunrise (i.e. after prayer with congregation has finished, no prayer is allowed now until after sunrise)
ii. During sunrise (tulu al-shams) until about 15-20 mins afterwards
iii. When the sun is at its zenith (al-istiwa) and highest midday point
iv. After Asr until the sun sets
v. During the yellow period of the sunset (ghurub'l shams), before Maghrib.

Tahiyyatul Masjid {two rakaat after entering masjid} can be prayed at any time, inshaALLAAH! as it is Wajib to pray Tahiyyat'l Masjid, unless you are praying any other Sunnah or Fardh salaah.

Salaat'l Wadhoo {two rakaat after new wadhoo}, Salaat'l Istikhara and Salaat'l Tawbah can be prayed at times i. and iv.

Lastly, here are two case scenarios:
E.g.1. If you have to pray Fajr, but it is time ii.
You should try to hasten to pray.

E.g 2. If you have to pray 'Asr, and it is time v.
You should again, try to hasten to pray.
