Suggested topics for Raghunath's program - Sat, May 2 @ 7 p.m.

Hare Krsna Prabhus & pamho. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

Raghunath Pr. suggested that he do a talk with kirtan before & after the
talk - 60-90 minutes total. For the kirtan he'd play the harmonium and Jiv
Jago mrdanga & kartals.

He suggested the following topics:
> a. Sacred Sangha: yoga philosophy using ancient lore & Kirtan
> B. Bhakti- the yoga of the heart
> C. Mastering yoga through Bhakti.

Please let me know which title you prefer. Please note that we will not be
marketing this to the yoga community on account of the TYA conference.

All three sound great - can't go wrong with any of them.

However, (A) is indicative of what is to be expected at the event. It has enough "catch" phrases - yoga, kirtan, philosophy. The "lore" part will easily allow the speaker to present examples from SB/BG/CC. Highly likely you will not see people land up with yoga mats :-). So my vote goes for A.

I too like all three of them. I was just thinking that A has couple of "Indian/Sanskrit" (sangha/kirtan)words.

I think Ganga Narayana Prabhu makes a really good point about title A - but like he said you can't go wrong with any.

I change my vote to Sacred Sangha :)

Bhakti - Yoga of the Heart is also a great title - bit more general though. A is very unique. If we go with Bhakti - Yoga of the Heart - I think we just have to market properly and no one will come with yoga mats. For instance - put a picture of someone japa beads and/or devotees dancing rather than a picture of someone doing an asana.
