Hare Krishna,
Rath yatra (Festival of the Chariots) will be held in 11 days on Sunday, August 20 in Robin Williams Meadow, Golden Gate Park. Please see the attached flyer. We will need your help in cutting vegetables and making flower garlands, starting Friday, August 18.
We would also like to invite everyone to the following events:
Friday (August 11, 2023) – Bhavagad Gita Class on Zoom
7:30 to 8:45 PM - Kirtan, Lecture on Bhagavad Gita 9.16 by H.G. Bahusira dasa, followed by discussion. The lecture and discussion will focus on the following verse from the Bhagavad Gita:
Bg 9.16: Krishna says: "But it is I who am the ritual, I the sacrifice, the offering to the ancestors, the healing herb, the transcendental chant. I am the butter and the fire and the offering."
