Dear friends,
Gouranga. We would like to enthusiastically invite you to a course “YOGA OF SUCCESS” conducted by a special guest all the way from Russia – Uttama Shloka das. "YOGA OF SUCCESS" is a course based on the themes from the first six chapters of Bhagavad Gita, Karma Yoga. It consists of six sessions, two hours each. Each session is designed in such a way that even if you cannot attend the whole course, you will still greatly benefit. There will also be two additional bonus programmes in Edinburgh and Aberdeen. Following is the schedule:
1) Session 1 on MON, 19th March, 6pm-8pm @ Karuna Bhavan temple,
“Overcoming negativity (anger and resentments) for progressive personal development, both material and spiritual”2) Session 2 on TUE, 20th March, 6pm-8pm @ Karuna Bhavan temple,
“Developing a high self-esteem as a foundation of successful life”
3) Bonus session in Edinburgh on WED, 21st March, 6.30pm-8.30pm @ Calton Centre (converted church building), 121 Montgomery St (off Easter Road, parallel to London Road), EH7 5EP,
“Spiritual technology for acquiring wealth”.
4) Session 3 on THU, 22nd March, 6pm-8pm @ Karuna Bhavan temple,
“Becoming a visionary and practicing universal principles of cooperation”5) Session 4 on FRI, 23rd March, 6pm-8pm @ Karuna Bhavan temple,
“Understanding the uniqueness of your personality and your life's mission.”
6) Session 5 on SAT, 24th March, 5.30pm-7.30pm @ Karuna Bhavan temple,
“Becoming focused and goal oriented.”7) Bonus session in Aberdeen on SUN 25th March, 4pm-6pm @ Aberdeen Quakers Meeting House, 98 Crown Street (off Union Street), AB11 6HJ.
8) Session 6 on MONDAY, 26th March, 6pm-8pm @ Karuna Bhavan temple,
“Overcoming the duality of illusions and establishing connection with the Supersoul.”Uttama Sloka Dasa is a practising monk in Bhakti-Yoga tradition since 1989. He is a teacher of Vedic Philosophy and Psychology and an International Coordinator of a UN affiliated project - Spiritual United Nations.
Each programme will include an uplifting mantra kirtan-yoga music and delicious vegetarian food.
Admission is FREE, donations are welcome. Bring your friends, relatives and family members. EVERYONE is welcome.
