New user mapping rule in Isilon cluster

Hi Isilon users,

I have an isilon cluster with seperate nfs and SMB directories in it, managed by ldap and AD seperately ( we dont have rfc2307). Now I have a requirement to create a directory for catering to both nfs and smb users. Hence I am asked to create a mapping rule between both unix and AD user identities , something like "* & = Domain\*"  in zone settings. 

Qustion : Is there any possibiliy that it might impact any of my existing SMB ( or NFS) shares access ?
