Hello,please check isi_job_d process on all nodes, i believe it might not be running. Also are you seeing any stack trace in messages or isi_job_d.log ? Also what's group statement ? can you verify if isi_papi_d,isi_stats_d & isi_stats_hist_d process are running on all nodes ?

As per my understandings drive should not affect the job engine. It might have happened that job_d process was not running on node 5 and when you power cycled job_d on node 5 started working properly. You should check with support for proper RCA. Regarding that N/A showing in isi status mostly issue with papi,stats process

Hello Siva, you can see process stats using "isi_for_array 'ps -aux | grep -i stats | grep -v grep'" and logs using "cat /var/log/isi_papi_d.log" its node specific

Hello Siva can you please share below output :

ls -l /var/log | egrep -i "stat|papi"

Also may I know if you are troubleshooting that n/a issue seen on isi status or what are you trying to achieve ?
