Connection lost to the ICAP servers

Hi

We are having a problem with the connection between the Isilon and the ICAP servers. We have 8 virtual ICAP servers running McAfee. We scan files when they are written to disk (scan on close). 
On the Isilon we see this error in the log:
isi_avscan_d[2761]: [0x803e03500] unable to setup connection to "ip for ICAP server"

And on the ICAP server we get this error message:
Error – connection closed from filer

when the ICAP server try to send the result of the scanning back to the Isilon.

We have looked at the network between Isilon and the ICAP servers, with no result.
Anybody else seeing this problem?
Anywhere you can check the configuration of the IP setup on the Isilon?

If you reboot one of the ICAP servers, does it work for a time?

We had a similar issue, and we ended up having to set up a task to reboot the ICAP servers every couple of days.

Hi

We are restarting the virus service twice every day ( 6am and 2pm), but is still getting connection errors. I will take a look at the log file to see if there is less errors after the restart of the McAfee service.
