That's the easiest part: you make sure there is network connectivity, then you create a synciq policy and let her run.
When finished they are identical as contents, excpet for the differences.
You run the policy again and you're ( almost ) done.
While the policy is running you prepare everything else ( access zones, share and so on )
When you are ready you disalble all the shares and access zone so the data cannot be modified, you run the synciq policy for the last time and you start access zone and share on the other DC.
