No Linux Scheduling

I'm finalising the end-sem question paper for OS, and realised that you can safely omit Scheduling under Linux 2.4 and 2.6. So the syllabus consists of Synchronisation (theory + programming), Threads (theory + programming), Memory, File systems, Deadlock (+ general notions about processes).

Apologies for this last minute update.

A small clarification: Is 'cheatsheet' allowed?

No. I've included an addendum to the question paper that gives examples showing the syntax of most of the thread / semaphore related functions that you will need to use during the exam. Please see the attached screenshot for a sample.
