Title: Rees' Theorem

Abstract: D. Rees generalized Zariski's product theorem, which asserts
that product of complete ideals is complete in 2-dimensional regular
local ring, to pseudo rational local rings of dimension 2. In this talk
I will sketch a proof of Rees' Theorem using local cohomology.
