As I'm following the Stanford Online Classes to keep myself update with modern techniques in Artificial Intelligence, I stumbled upon the PGM class which is really what we need to establish our abilities of using PGM in our work easily.
I strongly recomment you to sign-up for this calss and use the video tutorials, quizes and programming-exercises they offer freely to develope your abilities. I myself enrolled too.
