	Did You Know? 75% of children in India study in Government schools. These children will grow up to be the voice of GenerationNEXT. Unfortunately, they do not even have the basic requirements to equip them to complete their education and fulfill their dreams. Our study of 9th grade Government school students shows: 35% cannot read or write in their first language 60% cannot even do addition or subtraction 65% are suffering from anemia Isha bridges this gap by introducing the necessary interventions to facilitate the overall development of the child. Now you can join us and be a part of this endeavor. Isha Outreach adopts Government schools and improves the quality of education by inducting qualified teachers, providing remedial classes and running extracurricular activities such as yoga, sports, arts and music. We also conduct health camps in the schools and promote hygiene to ensure the overall wellbeing of the children. Above all, we strive to induce a spirit of enthusiasm and joy in each child. In 2012-2013, ~28000 students from 31 schools in Dharmapuri, Salem and Coimbatore benefitted from this initiative.   Your involvement in some simple ways can really make a difference.
