One point that we would like to emphasise:

One of the very few venues capable of hosting the event for a 1000 attendees is available only for one day in the month of May. That date is Saturday, the 4th of May, 2013. It is possible that due to certain cancellations, more dates may become available....But we feel a sense of urgency about this and want to know at the earliest if we should put a hold on this venue. If possible, please communicate this to III. We will await their guidance and decision before taking any action on the subject.

We are working on finalizing a plan document and will send it to you by the week's end. I have however attached a very first draft version of the same here for your perusal.

 

We do have a question though....do you think it will be ok to plan for a smaller crowd of say 300-400 people?...is that something Sadhguru would like to some to vancouver for? Please let us know your thoughts about it.

Baizad - good to hear! Let us target the weekend of May 17-19.

All we are looking right now is a plan and suggestions from Vancouver volunteers.

But it would help if we could decide upon a tentative date to target as most of the venues are asking for some date range before they are willing to disclose their pricing and availability information

 

Do you know of any dates that III might have given you when you were looking to host Sadhguru's program in Seattle?
