It gives me great pleasure to inform you that on behalf of all the isha members in Vancouver, Canada that we have been meeting  and greeting each other more frequently and with a renewed energy that is motivating all of us to make this even stronger.

Maa bhairagini visited us last month and encouraged all of us to initiate the spread of isha awareness here. This is an added incentive..

The commonness that all of us share is that powerful energy of dhyanalinga ... and the presence of Sadhgurus's energy which is with us guiding us to take these baby steps and I am sure with such infused divine energy being our driving force , the great way to bring isha in to this part of canada will certainly form.

During these meet and greet sessions we understood that even though some leg work has been done before this, it some how did not transpose in to getting the number of people we would really like to .. Specially to initiate a isha program such as IE.

Since none of the isha members here are qualified in terms of teaching , our effort is to create an awareness through circulating magazines which are already popular and being used as a tool to get more isha and non isha members in to this group. In this effort we will appreciate if 'III'can extend some support in sending us about 150 magazines and possibly a  x number of the isha kriya DVDs to start with.

This will certainly create a profound presence of isha and it's programs here.

All isha members here are in agreement of funding for this help, and hence request if 'III' can offer these books at a subsidised price during the initial stages of this work.

Will appreciate your support and help however it is made possible ..

You can always gather for practices and do them together, watch a video of Sadhguru, meet and greet. 

But to have practice corrections, you will need a trained volunteer.

The training happens during Inner Engineering programs to some extent, where you could learn to assist people during practices.

But if anyone is interested, they can apply to train to be an ishaanga - one who is trained to conduct local sathsang.  This training happens at the Isha Institute of Inner Sciences in Tennessee every year (Dec/Jan).  One needs to have completed Bhava spandana program, shoonya program and have volunteering experience in the Inner Engineering programs to apply for training.  If anyone would like to apply, please write to isha...@ishausa.org

In the meantime, you can offer Inner Engineering Online, Isha Kriya to the people.  Hatha yoga classes can be offered once or twice a year.  

You can sponsor Isha Kriya dvds - it will work well.

You can also buy Isha books on Amazon and use them for distribution/gifts. You could buy used copies for a lesser cost.

At Isha Shoppe.com you can order - if they have any deals. But they may not be able to give you subsidized rates for promotional purposes.
