I am pretty much new to ISGL3D framework and have it installed and checked the tuts.
it seems simple and easy to understand at the moment from the tuts.

However, when trying to use it to implement a few custom things sometimes its getting pretty much complicated to realize the real life objects as we can imagine.
I was able to successfully add a board and make it move around but when trying to add supporting objects on the board, they do not appear we i would have imagined. So i am not really sure if i can use ISGL3D for board game?

Can ISGL3D be used for board games?
If yes, how can one define the board and add the views to the board and then other movement handling can be done.

Any help and pointers would be highly appreciated.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Of course it can be used for board games. isgl3D is a very typical, general game engine.

Basically, you need to decide how you will design your game. Do you want a top-down, orthographic view? Or a Perspective view? Or pure 2D using overlays and sprites.
