"To seek a cost effective permanent location for the Folsom residents
to pray daily prayers, Jummah, Ramadhan & Taraweeh prayers, and also
to provide a wholesome facility for the Folsom Crescent School, by
securing donations and/or finances, in a reasonable amount of time, as
agreed by the Community."

JZK Sadiq. Looks very good. Wondering if we need to quantify the cost with numbers e.g. with in the range of $1.5M (because that is we can afford at this time based on our current financial situation). If don't quantify, then 'cost' becomes a relative term and open for interpretation.
 
Please comment, if that suggestion is valid or not?

Time & Money are relative terms and hence the Problem Statement is
generic here, and we can put the bounds as a community Inshallah!

I am open to putting the bounds for both Time & Money though, based on
the committee's agreement for these.

See below – Suggestion is to not have limiting words like “Folsom residents” in the objective.

See if this makes sense for an objective:

 

"Secure, in a reasonable amount of time via donations and/or financing as agreed to by the Community, a cost effective, permanent location for the Islamic Society of Folsom, and a comprehensive, cost efficient facility for the Folsom Crescent School,.”

 

We can add in details beneath that:

-          Based on current financial outlook and long term assessment of in-coming donations/pledges, we can afford up to a $1.5M investment

-          FCS goals for enhancing its offering to its current and future student are better implemented with a cost efficient permanent location

- The Community feels that we need to have a solution within
6 months, and should move into the facility before the start of the
2011-12 school year and Ramadhan 2011

future student are better implemented with a cost efficient permanent

location including a Play Ground
